Bob Stave is a good story teller. Ten Good Horses was authentic and sensitively done without a misstep along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed reading every page.
It felt like I was sitting around a fire pit having a conversation with Mr. Stave. His experiences were a look into a life most of us will never experience. He opens up about the trauma of war, and shares some, but not all. Introduces us to some honest hard working, people, I would love to know. His appreciation nature, animals and even humans is refreshing. The last page of the epilogue, I was hoping I could turn it and read more. Thank you for a wonderful journey.
This book says it is fiction but real people and events are woven into this hastily written blurb.
